1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the passenger transport services with driver offered by CHAUFFEUR D’ÉLITE. Any booking, regardless of the channel (website, phone, email), implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

4. Booking
Bookings can be made:

Any booking is confirmed only after written validation by Chauffeur d’Élite.
5. Cancellation
- Free: cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Non-refundable: cancellation less than 48 hours before = 100% of the amount due.
- Any cancellation must be made in writing (email or SMS).
6. Prices
6.1 Base rates

- The minimum fare applies to any trip under 40 km.
- Hourly availability is possible from a minimum of 3 hours.

For any other route, a quotation is provided at the time of booking.
7. Payment
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, cash, bank transfer.
- A deposit may be required for certain services (long distance, weddings, hourly availability).
8. Customer delay or no-show
- Grace period: 15 min (standard address) / 30 min (airport with flight tracking).
- Beyond this, additional charges may apply or the booking may be cancelled without refund.
9. Conduct and safety
The customer agrees to:
- Follow the driver’s instructions,
- Not smoke or consume prohibited substances,
- Not damage the vehicle.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion, without refund.
10. Limitation of liability
Chauffeur d’Élite cannot be held liable in case of:
- Delay due to external events (traffic jams, strikes, weather...),
- Missed flight, train, or appointment,
- Theft or loss of personal belongings.
11. Applicable law
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
